100G butter (use Golden Churn brand )
¼ cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups(120g) cornflakes (use NESTLE brand)
Method:
Mix butter, sugar & honey in pan over slow heat until sugar is dissolved.Remove from heat.Pour cornflakes into a large bowl and add the honey mixture.Stir gently to combine.Mix well.Spoon mixture into paper cases.Bake in moderate oven (about 125o C) about 10 minutes or golden brown.
